PRE/SE ajuiza quarenta e oito ações de infilidelidade partidária; veja os nomes


A Procuradoria Regional Eleitoral em Sergipe (PRE/SE) ajuizou até o momento quarenta e oito ações por infidelidade partidária contra políticos com mandato no Estado. Dessas, sete são contra vice-prefeitos e 41 contra vereadores eleitos em 2008, que trocaram de partidos sem justa causa, descumprindo as regras estabelecidas pelo Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE).

De acordo com o TSE, os políticos com mandato só podem se desfiliar dos partidos pelos quais foram eleitos nos casos de incorporação ou fusão do partido, criação de novo partido, mudança substancial ou desvio reiterado do programa partidário e grave discriminação pessoal.

A PRE/SE ainda analisa os casos dos políticos que se desfiliaram de seus partidos para ingressarem nos recém-criados Partido Social Democrático (PSD) e Partido da Pátria Livre (PPL), além de outros casos específicos, nos quais a documentação necessária ainda está sendo reunida.
